Ideal for serious buyers inspecting multiple properties, this bundle gives you three full pre-purchase inspections for 1–2 bedroom apartments, to be used within 90 days. (Must be in an apartment complex) Each inspection includes: A comprehensive AS 4349.1 compliant inspection A photographic report delivered within 2 business days Up to 60 minutes on site per property Straightforward, professional reporting — no fluff, no filler Bundle Includes: ✔ Three full inspections for small units ✔ Individual report for each property ✔ Cost-effective way to assess multiple options Price includes 10% GST (labelled as ‘Tax’ during checkout) Terms: Full payment is required upfront. All inspections must be booked within 90 days of the first. No refunds apply for unused inspections. If all three inspections are completed, a $150 cancellation fee will apply for any inspection cancelled within 24 hours of its scheduled time. If you do not proceed with all three inspections, this cancellation fee will not be charged. The $150 cancellation fee must be paid prior to release of the third report, if applicable. Note: Timber pest inspections (AS 4349.3) are not included. A separate pest inspection is strongly recommended. Strata: This inspection is limited to the subject apartment only in accordance with AS 4349.1. Booking Disclaimer: When purchasing this inspection bundle, only your first inspection is scheduled via the booking calendar. Subsequent inspections (2 and 3) will be coordinated directly with you after each report is delivered. We’ll contact you to arrange suitable times for the remaining inspections. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review the following policy before booking: Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a $150 cancellation fee. If no access is available at the time of inspection, a $200 no-access fee may apply. Rescheduling is free if requested more than 24 hours in advance. To reschedule or cancel, please contact us directly via phone or email.
