It provides a clear, standards-based visual assessment of the property’s condition in accordance with AS 4349.1. (Must be in an apartment complex) ✔ Covers observable major defects, safety hazards, and general condition ✔ Tailored to suit smaller apartments and strata-type properties ✔ Photographic report delivered within 2 business days ✔ Inspection time on-site: Up to 60 minutes Price includes 10% GST (labelled as ‘Tax’ during checkout) Note: This inspection does not include a timber pest assessment (AS 4349.3). A separate timber pest inspection is strongly recommended. Strata: This inspection is limited to the subject apartment only in accordance with AS 4349.1.
