This bundle provides three full pre-purchase inspections for single or double-storey homes up to 4 bedrooms, used within 90 days of the first inspection. Each inspection includes: A professional, AS 4349.1 compliant visual inspection A photo-based report delivered within 2 business days Up to 90 minutes on site per inspection Observations on major defects, safety hazards, and overall condition — presented clearly and without filler Bundle Includes: ✔ Three inspections for homes (up to 4 bedrooms) ✔ Separate reports for each property ✔ Ideal for buyers inspecting multiple houses ✔ Compliant with AS 4349.1 Price includes 10% GST (labelled as ‘Tax’ during checkout) When purchasing this inspection bundle, only your first inspection is scheduled via the booking calendar. Subsequent inspections (2 and 3) will be coordinated directly with you after each report is delivered. We’ll contact you to arrange suitable times for the remaining inspections. You can also reach out when ready to book your next one. Terms: Full payment is required upfront. All inspections must be booked within 90 days of the first. No refunds apply for unused inspections. If all three inspections are completed, a $150 cancellation fee will apply for any inspection cancelled within 24 hours of its scheduled time. If you do not proceed with all three inspections, this cancellation fee will not be charged. The $150 cancellation fee must be paid prior to the release of the third report, if applicable. Important Notes: This service does not include timber pest inspections (AS 4349.3). A separate pest inspection is highly recommended. Access to second-storey roofs or areas higher than 3.6 metres may be limited by safety and height access regulations. Roof inspections may be restricted if deemed unsafe or inaccessible at the time of inspection.
