Following delivery of your inspection report, you’ll receive: A separate verbal consultation offering tailored renovation suggestions General guidance on likely costs for repairs or upgrades, based on practical experience (not formal quotes) This consultation is informal and not part of the official inspection report. It provides value-added insights to help inform your renovation planning — ideal for buyers looking to visualise future improvements or negotiate more confidently. Important Notes: This consultation does not replace or extend the official AS 4349.1 inspection. No cost estimates or renovation advice will be included in the written report. All advice is provided verbally and based on visual observations only. Consultation may be conducted either in person or via online methods, depending on the availability of all parties. When booking this service alongside an inspection, the consultation will be scheduled separately at a mutually convenient time — outside of the online booking calendar.
