It provides a detailed, standards-compliant visual assessment of the property’s condition in accordance with AS 4349.1. ✔ Covers observable major defects, safety hazards, and general condition ✔ Suitable for most family homes ✔ Photographic report delivered within 2 business days ✔ Inspection time on-site: Up to 120 minutes Price includes 10% GST (labelled as ‘Tax’ during checkout) Note: This inspection does not include a timber pest assessment (AS 4349.3). A separate timber pest inspection is strongly recommended.
